GSK-J4—a potent KDM6B inhibitor—reduced the viability and invasive capacity of lung adenocarcinoma cells, altering the expression of metastasis-related genes: upregulating the expression of suppressors of metastasis (fibrinogen alpha—FGA, Nidogen-2, ITIH2 protease inhibitor) and reducing the expression of pro-metastatic genes (Perioxidesin—PXDN, Fucosyltransferase-1—FUT1) [114]. This evidence concerns the gene FUT1 and lung adenocarcinoma.
