The experiment included implanting MP2 pancreatic cancer stem cells (CSCs) in the pancreases of the mice, followed by administering PKH-labeled sNK cells, as shown in Figure 1A. We observed that the infused sNK cells traveled through the peripheral blood, spleen, and bone marrow, with their presence and distribution levels differing depending on the dosage administered (Figure 1B,C). This evidence concerns the gene PDXK and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
