Kaplan-Meier survival analysis demonstrated that high CEACAM6 expression was significantly associated with worse overall survival in HR+/HER2– breast cancer patients (log-rank p = 0.014; Figure 4G), whereas no statistically significant association was observed for MELK, BIRC5, or RARRES1 (Figures 5D–F). This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM6 and breast carcinoma.
