There are now several predictive gene signatures used in clinical practice, such as Oncotype DX and the MammaPrint score.[3, 4] However, the predictive value of these panels for triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) and HER2‐positive breast cancer has not been well supported by evidence, suggesting that more biomarkers are yet to be discovered.
