Considering the regulatory role of sGRP78 in immune response and inflammation,[10, 11, 15, 16, 17] to accurately measure the influence of chemotherapy‐induced sGRP78 on patients’ response to therapy, a cohort including 43 breast cancer patients who underwent NAT (as summarized in Table S1, Supporting Information) was established. This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and breast carcinoma.
