The analysis showed that age, STEMI, Killip classification III–IV, hypertension, SBP, FPG, eGFR, troponin I, BNP, aspirin, clopidogrel, ticagrelor, ACEI/ARB, multivessel disease, and the TyG index were all significantly correlated with the risk of MACE (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene NPPB and hypertensive disorder.
