Both normal myocardial tissue and the myocardial tissue in the HF group showed that the cell populations were divided into 10 types: Monocytes, Natural Killer (NK) cells, Fibroblasts, M2 macrophages, Cardiomyocytes, B cells, Endothelial cells (ECs), Cluster of Differentiation 8 positive T cells (CD8+ T cells), Pericytes, and Smooth muscle cells (SMCs) (Figures 7A,B). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and hydrops fetalis.
