Next, we analyzed the phosphorylation of RPS6 among peanut-allergic, nonallergic, and sensitized tolerant individuals (presence of peanut-specific IgE but no allergic reaction during the oral food challenge [OFC]) and in allergic basophils nonresponders (defined as individuals with <5% basophil activation upon stimulation with allergen or anti-IgE antibodies) (3).
