Patients had a median of 2 lines of therapy for metastatic disease prior to the initiation of an ADC (IQR 1–3), with triple-negative patients commonly receiving capecitabine (51.8%), paclitaxel or nab-paclitaxel (29.5%) +/− pembrolizumab if PD-L1 positive (5.4%), and carboplatin with gemcitabine therapy (17.9%) +/− pembrolizumab if PD-L1 positive (11.6%). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and metastatic neoplasm.
