The in vitro evidence demonstrates that curcumin exerts significant cytotoxic effects on CML cell lines, primarily through the induction of apoptosis, cell cycle arrest, autophagy, and the disruption of key oncogenic signaling pathways, including BCR‐ABL1, PKCα, WT1, and HDAC8. The gene discussed is PRKCA; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
