The USP32-centered ceRNA network comprised 25 microRNAs (including hsa-let-7a-5p and hsa-miR-145-5p) and 70 long non-coding RNAs (such as RP11-10J21.4 and MUC19), revealing extensive post-transcriptional regulatory potential in the pathogenesis of PAH. This evidence concerns the gene MUC19 and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
