To interrogate the functional consequence of blocking PD-L1 in the context of ZIKV infection, male A129 mice were i.p. inoculated with ZIKV and subsequently treated with either an isotype control or a recombinant mouse monoclonal anti-PD-L1 antibody (Azeto) on 1, 3, 5 and 7 dpi (Fig 3A). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is Zika virus infectious disease.
