The results of real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR analysis showed that there were significant differences in the expression levels of IRAK3, TNFR1, CX3CR1 and JUNB between the two groups (P < 0.05); among them, the mRNA expression levels of IRAK3, TNFR1, CX3CR1 and JUNB in the liver tissues of rats in the T2DM combined with MAFLD group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P > 0.05)). This evidence concerns the gene CX3CR1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
