EGFR and staphylococcus aureus infection: The shared genes were primarily associated with the following pathways: pertussis, complement and coagulation cascades, prion diseases, Staphylococcus aureus infection, Chagas disease (American trypanosomiasis), systemic lupus erythematosus, influenza A, adipocytokine signaling pathway, prolactin signaling pathway, and EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance (Figure 1H).
