WB and immunohistochemical staining analysis showed that the levels of the inflammatory factors COX2, CXCL15, TNF-α, NF-κB and p − NF − κB in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group, indicating that DKD-related renal pathological injury was closely related to inflammation, which was consistent with the results of previous studies. Here, TNF is linked to diabetic kidney disease.
