TNF‐κB is a transcription factor involved in immune cell regulation and inflammation (Dabbah‐Krancher and Snow 2023) and is impaired in DS, partly due to increased cytosolic levels of the NF‐κB inhibitor, which can lead to impaired lymphocyte responses (Dabbah‐Krancher and Snow 2023; Granese et al. 2013). Here, NFKB1 is linked to Dravet syndrome.
