TET2 and cyclic hematopoiesis: We find that Tet2-deficient CH murine models supplemented with high B12 exhibited elevated levels of inflammatory cytokines associated with chronic inflammation in the gut (61–63), and progression of myeloid malignancy (64, 65): features already conferred by TET2 deficiency but enhanced by high B12, suggesting a microenvironmental cooperation with TET2 loss of function.
