Compared to the control group, the upregulated genes in the L group were mainly enriched in extracellular matrix–receptor interaction, cholesterol metabolism, steroid hormone biosynthesis, and antigen processing and presentation, while the downregulated genes in the L group were mainly enriched in cardiac muscle contraction, adrenergic signaling in cardiomyocytes, viral myocarditis, and the NF-kB signaling pathway. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is viral myocarditis.
