Preclinical studies on murine models have demonstrated that the intraventricular delivery of CAR-T cells is highly efficient in targeting human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) and interleukin-13 receptor subunit alpha-2 (IL13Rα2) in breast cancer brain metastases and glioblastoma [1]. This evidence concerns the gene IL13RA2 and glioblastoma.
