RHOA and non-small cell lung carcinoma: This principle is vividly illustrated by TNS3’s opposing roles depending on DLC1 status: in DLC1-active cells like HFFs and H157/H1703 NSCLC cells, it inhibits DLC1 to promote RhoA-driven migration [15,44], whereas in DLC1-inactive MCF10A cells, it suppresses RhoA and inhibits motility [16,100].
