Lung/bronchus cancer risk was stronger among younger (age < 50: HR = 1.95, 95% CI = 1.59–2.39, age ≥ 50: HR = 1.20, 95% CI = 1.12–1.28; p interaction < 0.001) and Estrogen Receptor (ER)-negative survivors (ER negative: HR = 1.50, 95% CI = 1.31–1.72; ER positive: HR = 1.21, 95% CI = 1.12–1.30; p interaction = 0.02). Here, ESR1 is linked to bronchus cancer.
