Over 26–72 weeks in the full cohort, tirzepatide was associated with a non‐significant lower risk of cancer compared to placebo, insulin, or GLP‐1 receptor monoagonists (risk ratio: 0.78, 95% CI: 0.53–1.16), with similar findings in a subgroup analysis of individuals with T2D (risk ratio: 0.70, 95% CI: 0.44–1.12).
