BRAF and melanoma: Compared with stage II melanoma, those with stage III [odds ratio (OR) 0.35, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.31–0.39] or IV disease (OR 0.11, 95% CI 0.08–0.15) were less likely to have a BRAF test after 180 days, whereas those with stage I disease (OR 2.00, 95% CI 1.75–2.27) were more likely to have had a test (Table S4; see Supporting Information).
