THOC5 was significantly upregulated in cancers such as glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), lower-grade glioma (LGG), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), and liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), among others, while being downregulated in cancers including breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC). This evidence concerns the gene THOC5 and colon adenocarcinoma.
