The results of this research showed that low-intensity continuous training increases the phosphorylated ratio of cyclic adenosine monophosphate binding protein (P-CREB/CREB) and protein kinase B (P-AKT/AKT) and also increases BDNF and TRKB protein levels in the hippocampus of stroke model rats became ischemic (34). This evidence concerns the gene CREB1 and stroke disorder.
