The three-year cumulative incidences of ATE and VTE were 2.6% (95% CI: 1.9–3.5) and 6.9% (95% CI: 5.7–8.3) after initiation of CDK4/6-inhibitors, and 2.3% (95% CI: 1.6–3.2) and 7.1% (95% CI: 5.9–8.5) in the subgroup of patients with breast cancer (Supplemental Figure S1). The gene discussed is CDK4; the disease is breast cancer.
