Using population-based data from Danish medical and administrative registries, we conducted a cohort study to examine the risk of ATE and VTE in patients with cancer treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI), multi-kinase inhibitors (MKI), and agents targeting epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) or ROS1, or cyclin dependent kinase 4/6 (CDK4/6). This evidence concerns the gene ALK and cancer.
