The study explored the efficacy of immunotherapy in BRAF-mutant NSCLC patients and found that the median OS of the BRAF V600E group (5 cases) was significantly lower than that of the non-V600E BRAF group (21 cases) (5 months vs. 14 months, P=0.017).
