CD70 and acute myeloid leukemia: The anti-CD70 monoclonal antibody cusatuzumab induced complete remission in 37% of acute myeloid leukemia patients when combined with azacitidine, with median overall survival reaching 11.5 months, but showed only stable disease in nasopharyngeal carcinoma before trial termination due to limited efficacy and adverse events including fatigue and pneumonia (NCT03030612).
