90% of the 20 patients treated with infusions of CNCT19 cells reached CR/CRi within 28 days. The intention-to-treat analysis showed an 82% CR/CRi rate. Extramedullary leukemia disappeared completely in two relapsed patients post-infusion. Median overall survival was 12.91 months, and median RFS was 6.93 months after a median follow-up of 10.09 months. A low percentage of CD8+ naïve T cells was associated with shorter RFS (p = 0.012). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and leukemia.
