The model indicated that elevated levels of PCO2 (OR = 1.04, 95%CI: 1.02–1.05), NEUT (OR = 1.15, 95%CI: 1.10–1.19), CRP (OR = 1.01, 95%CI: 1.01–1.02), ESR (OR = 1.03, 95%CI: 1.02–1.05), TG (OR = 1.33, 95%CI: 1.13–1.56), and BMI (OR = 1.16, 95%CI: 1.11–1.20) were significantly associated with an increased risk of COPD combined with T2DM. Here, CRP is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
