CASC3 and Miyoshi myopathy: CFZ resulted in additional full co-inhibition of β2 subunit activity and partial co-inhibition of β1 activity in cardiomyocytes at concentrations at 2,500 nM, whereas BTZ fully inhibited the β1 subunit at concentrations above 150 nM, but did not affect β2 activity, consistent with our data on MM cells and in MM patients4,6 (Figures 1A and S1A).
