Elevated CAMK2A expression correlated with poorer progression-free survival (PFS) (P = 0.0039), disease-free survival (DFS) (P = 0.041) and disease-specific survival (DSS) (P = 0.0039) in TCGA-BLCA and poorer overall survival (OS) in multiple validation cohorts, including GSE13507 (P = 0.0052), GSE19423 (P = 0.046), GSE37815 (P = 0.011), GSE48075 (P = 0.037), and IMvigor210 (P = 0.031). Here, CAMK2A is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
