In this study, the levels of TNF-α, IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-6, and IL-8 in the serum of dairy cows with mastitis were higher than those in healthy cows, however, after 7 days of treatment, these indicators basically returned to the level of the healthy group, which is consistent with the results of previous studies [54,55]. The gene discussed is IL1B; the disease is mastitis.
