In various cancer types, ATG4B inhibitors have shown significant synergy with chemotherapeutic drugs, including Azalomycin F4a in gastric cancer cells [53], a specific ATG4B inhibitor named DC‐ATG4in in hepatocellular carcinoma cells [54], and tioconazole in CRC cells [55].
