Studies have shown that approximately 73.9% of Chinese patients with NSCLC harbor at least one actionable mutation, as defined by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network guidelines, including mutations in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene (KRAS), v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1 (BRAF), and repressor of silencing 1 (ROS1) (60). This evidence concerns the gene ALK and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
