MGAM showed prognostic capability in BLCA, BRCA, GBM, KIRC, LGG, LUAD, LUSC, OV, SARC, SKCM, THCA, THYM, UCEC, and, interestingly, in most of the GI cancers such as STAD, COAD, ESCA, LIHC, and PAAD, while MGAM2 was identified as a potential prognostic biomarker for cancers, including ACC, BLCA, BRCA, DLBC, ESCA, KIRC, KIRP, LGG, OV, SKCM, THCA, and UCEC. Here, MGAM2 is linked to cancer.
