MGAM and cancer: Furthermore, SNVs of MGAM were identified to be correlated with higher Gamma delta, Th1, effector memory, nTreg, DC, and CD8‐T cells in cancers such as CESC, COAD, DLBC, LUAD, LUSC, SARC, SKCM, STAD, and UCEC, whereas they correlated with lower Th17, nTreg, macrophage, CD1, Th2, NKT, CD4‐Tcell, and Neutrophil in CESC, ESCA, HNSC, LIHC, LUAD, PRAD, SKCM, STAD, and UCEC (Figure 4C).
