KRT88P and infection: The results of this study are comparable to a similar study done using the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) data in the United States, which reported an HBsAg (and anti-HBc) prevalence of 0.2% (95% CI: 0.1%–0.3%) for the period 2017–March 2020 among people aged six years and older, among whom 49.8% (95% CI: 25.1%–74.6%) were aware of their infection ((11)).
