All patients were subjected to complete medical history taking (age, sex, comorbidities, psoriasis duration, severity, and treatment history), clinical examination including (body mass index [BMI] and waist circumference), and laboratory investigations including liver function tests (alanine transaminase [ALT], aspartate transaminase [AST], prothrombin time [PT], albumin, and bilirubin), lipid profile mainly (total cholesterol, triglycerides), random blood glucose (RBG), and complete blood count (CBC). This evidence concerns the gene F2 and psoriasis.
