AFP and neoplasm: Multivariate analysis confirmed that all of these factors were independently associated with shorter RFS: age (HR: 1.02, 95% CI: 1.01–1.03, p<0.001), mALBI grade 2b or 3 (HR: 1.37, 95% CI: 1.11–1.70, p=0.004), multiple nodules (HR: 1.31, 95% CI: 1.07–1.60, p=0.009), tumor diameter ≥4 cm (HR: 1.34, 95% CI: 1.11–1.61, p=0.002), presence of MVI (HR: 1.59, 95% CI: 1.19–2.12, p=0.002), serum AFP ≥100 ng/mL (HR: 1.26, 95% CI: 1.03–1.54, p=0.03), and serum DCP ≥100 mAU/mL (HR: 1.49, 95% CI: 1.23–1.80, p<0.001).
