In our research, tead1a exhibited a promoting effect on neutrophils at an earlier stage of granulocytic development, and its mechanism of action was independent of G‐CSF (csf3r in zebrafish).[53, 54] Moreover, there have been no reports of myeloid malignancies with high expression of the tead1 gene, which theoretically holds major research value and clinical implications. Here, CSF3 is linked to myeloid neoplasm.
