We found that the marker genes of NK_2 are enriched with KEGG pathways associated with cancer defense, including PD-L1 expression, PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer, T cell receptor signaling pathway, and IL-17 signaling pathway, as well as GO terms such as immune receptor activity and MHC protein complex binding (Figure 2F, Supplementary Figure S2B). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is cancer.
