Immunoinfiltration analysis of the high- and low-risk groups revealed a higher proportion of M1 macrophages (P = 0.0341), CD4+ T cells (P = 0.0055) and NK cells (P = 0.0251) in the high-risk group (Figure 6C), while correlation analysis of the six Lcy-HF genes and immune cells demonstrated a positive correlation between STAT2 and M1 macrophages (Figures 6D–I). This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and hydrops fetalis.
