Specifically, prior infection was associated with a markedly reduced likelihood of an elevated Ag load (β = −3.251; odds ratio [OR] 0.039 95% confidence interval [CI] 0.005–0.323; p = 0.0027), and vaccination was also associated with a reduced risk (β = −1.944; OR 0.143, 95%CI 0.040–0.508; p = 0.0026).
