Given the encouraging outcomes observed with [99mTc]Tc-anti-TNF-alpha scintigraphy in assessing active inflammation in other diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis [14,15], ankylosing spondylitis [16], Graves’ ophthalmopathy [17,18], and more recently in psoriatic arthritis [19], we aim to evaluate its application in HS. Here, TNF is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
