Consistent with our previous results, a rat model of diclofenac-induced enteropathy revealed that S. boulardii CNCM I-745 prevented TLR2/4, MYD88, and NF-κB p65 overexpression, thereby decreasing proinflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β [10]. This evidence concerns the gene MYD88 and Abnormal intestine morphology.
