We observed that cell surface LAMP1 was significantly lower in all examined organs and small intestine, compared to tumor (liver: 17 ± 3%, lung: 31 ± 3%, bone marrow: 22 ± 8%, kidney: 44 ± 4%, muscle: 24 ± 9%, spleen: 17 ± 8%, bone marrow: 89 ± 2% small intestine: 82 ± 7% vs. tumor: 81 ± 3%, p < 0.05, Figure 3A). The gene discussed is LAMP1; the disease is neoplasm.
