Specifically, in the breast cancer model, 89Zr-DFO-anti-LAMP1 uptake was substantially higher than that of the IgG control (%ID/g 21.79 ± 5.77 vs. 7.69 ± 3.90, p < 0.001, Supplementary Figure S6A), and in the colon adenocarcinoma model, the tracer exhibited significantly higher retention in tumor tissue than in normal colon tissue (%ID/g 11.75 ± 4.69 vs. 1.07 ± 0.37, p < 0.0001, Supplementary Figure S6B).
