For the down-regulated DEGs in the ∆amtB mutant, eight KEGG pathways related to the flagellar assembly; the bacterial chemotaxis and two-component system (CP); the two-component system (EIP); shigellosis, legionellosis, and salmonella infections (HD); the NOD-like receptor signaling pathway; and plant–pathogen interactions (OS) were significantly enriched (p < 0.05, Figure S7).
