In the younger women group, we found predominant prognostic parameters such as a higher degree of differentiation (G2—47.4%; G3—42.1%) and a statistically significantly higher receptor and cell proliferation index (Ki67 > 40–69.4%; p < 0.022), along with smaller tumor size and earlier stage (T1—60.5%; T2—31.6%). This evidence concerns the gene MKI67 and neoplasm.
