NFKB1 and glioblastoma: A separate study indicated that sulforaphane (Figure 5) markedly inhibits the proliferation of temozolomide-resistant GBM cells, suppresses the NF-κB pathway, and subsequently reduces MGMT expression, thereby reversing chemoresistance to temozolomide in GBM cell lines, including U373-R, U87-R, and T98G.
