The use of GLP-1 RAs (liraglutide, semaglutide, exenatide, and dulaglutide) was associated with significantly lower all-cause mortality in cancer survivors (HR 0.36; 95% CI 0.25–0.51) and no increase in recurrence risk (HR 0.80; 95% CI 0.50–1.30). This evidence concerns the gene GLP1R and cancer.
