Although according to GO enrichment analysis, there are no pathways that would be regulated exclusively by miR-30d, there are some genes that are implicated as target genes only for this miRNA, e.g., hsa-miR-30d was shown to inhibit epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition in several types of cancer cells by inhibition of E-cadherin-transcriptional repressor SNAIL1 [108,109].
